Visit of International Atomic Energy Agency
The Department of Nuclear Science and Engineering (NSE) recently hosted an inspection session on Nuclear Fuel Cycle–related Research and Development.
During the visit, the inspection team toured the department’s classrooms and laboratory facilities and expressed high appreciation for the department’s infrastructure, academic environment, and research capabilities.
The session was attended by a total of nine (9) participants, including two (2) representatives from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), three (3) members from the Bangladesh Atomic Energy Regulatory Authority (BAERA), and four (4) faculty members of the NSE Department.
The inspection was conducted in a cordial and interactive atmosphere, fostering constructive discussions and reflecting the department’s strong commitment to excellence in nuclear education and research.
