First Industrial Advisory Pannel Meeting of NSE Department
An Industrial Advisory Panel (IAP) consisting of industrialists, professionals, and experts in nuclear engineering fields was formed by NSE Department. The main objectives of forming this committee are as follows:
- To make a bridge between theoretical knowledge and real-life problems;
- To advise on the relevance of the curriculum to industrial needs;
- To discuss any critical issues and challenges related to the disciplines;
- To facilitate industry attachments or placements to familiarize students to industry practices for gaining practical experience;
- To establish links that facilitate and enhance the employment of the graduates;
- To establish links that may facilitate research collaboration.
This committee also helps the department to learn the current trends and future challenges in nuclear engineering fields.
